The A side "Babybababebe" is a Latin Funk number featuring Gustavo Cereijo on vocals/percusions and his Chukale horn section. B side "Tous des voleurs" (translates They are all thieves) is an Afro Beat influenced track with a big horn section and african percusions recorded by Chinta in the MHR studios.
Barkin'Soul, aka Misha Laurent is a music lover, with a feel for all styles as long as they are well written and produced. Though his true passion lays in music of the African diaspora, which you can sense throughout his compositions. Barkin'Soul produced the debut album from Kafka between 2005 and 2008, and has held a 5 year Djing residency at the Brisbane award winning Cocktail bar The Bowery. He has DJ'd alongside acts such as Quantic Soul Orchestra, Alice Russell, Breakestra, Jazzanova, Keb Darge and many more.
